About Yaron Ilani
Yaron Ilani is a songwriter, composer, and producer. Born in the late 1970’s, Yaron played the piano through his childhood, mostly classical music. His father, who was a record collector, played a lot of 60’s and 70’s rock music at home and this blend deeply inspired Yaron’s musical taste for years to come.
In the early 2000’s, while still in college, Yaron got into EDM music production and released a few tracks, some of which received recognition from world-famous DJ’s such as Hernán Cattáneo.
Yaron later shifted his focus back to his musical origins – rock and classical music – and over the last couple of years has been running 3 independent musical projects:
Simplicity Calling – a project devoted to Yaron’s earliest and purest passion – the piano. For this project, Yaron composes and produces short piano instrumental tracks. These tracks are available for sync licensing. Check out the Spotify playlist below to get a taste.
Brand of Indigo – Yaron’s Country-Blues Rock project, inspired by some of his favorite rock legends such as the Beatles, Eagles and others. His latest single (Dreamer) was said to be “sounding like Neil Young” in a recent review by a New York music magazine. Check out the Spotify playlist below to get a taste.
Finally – Yaron also releases singer-songwriter songs under his own name – Yaron Ilani. Some of his songs have topped the charts of local Indie Rock radio stations. Check out the Spotify playlist below to get a taste.
